WHAT IS IT
It’s the three dimensional reconstruction of your space, faithfully reproduced in geometries, textures and colors. The rooms will be recreated as they look or adapted to new solutions. The whole project takes about a week, depending on complexity and it develops in 3 phases:
Re-draw of the floor plan and consequent digitalization
3d modelling
Furnishing and Rendering
WHEN IT IS SUITABLE
It’s perfect when the house is occupied and cannot be vacated of its content or when it has been uninhabited dor some time or if it has a few flaws. Everytime it’s not possible to take pofessional photos.
It’s also ideal for planning a renovation, displaying a change of the layout, floorings, tiles and colors

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
To start modelling your home we are going to need:
a few pictures of each room (we just need them to understand the details, it doesn’t need to look professional)
a plan of the house (better if dwg or pdf, otherwise a sketch will do)
WHAT WE PROVIDE YOU
Bidimensional and threedimensional representation you can see on a computer, smartphone or that you can browse via Google Cardboard or VR visor
Realistic plans that can be compared as “before/after”
